Community Health Connection is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) committed to meeting the lifelong health care needs of the northeast Oklahoma community. At Community Health Connection we have a need for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. The ideal candidate will have multitude of responsibilities. The desired skill set includes:
· 1 year plus experience working in a primary care setting/Internal Medicine, preferred FQHC
· Work and communicate effectively in a team environment
