Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting physicians in diagnosing and treating various medical conditions, and ensuring the overall well-being of patients. This role requires a strong understanding of clinical practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties– Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations.- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.- Perform procedures such as dialysis, ventilation support, and infection control measures.- Manage patient data through effective coding and data management systems.- Participate in clinical trials to evaluate new treatments and therapies.- Provide family planning counseling and education to patients.- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations.- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.
Qualifications– Current certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and protocols.- Experience in dialysis care or similar settings is preferred but not required.- Familiarity with MDS (Minimum Data Set) assessments is an advantage.- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for data management.- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
