Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
- Educate patients and their families about health management, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Monitor and follow up on patients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Assist in the coordination of patient care, including referrals to specialists and follow-up appointments.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay current with medical practices, procedures, and advancements through continuing education.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current PA or NP license in Oklahoma.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical protocols and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on patient care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $114,024.00 – $140,290.00 per year
