Full Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
  • Educate patients and their families about health management, treatment options, and preventive care.
  • Monitor and follow up on patients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Assist in the coordination of patient care, including referrals to specialists and follow-up appointments.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Stay current with medical practices, procedures, and advancements through continuing education.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Current PA or NP license in Oklahoma.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on patient care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $114,024.00 – $140,290.00 per year
