Full Job Description:
Aspire Health is hiring experienced Physician Assistants or Advanced Practice Registered Nurses for both full time and part time roles. We are looking for providers that would be excited to join a close-knit team, would enjoy taking on a leadership role in the clinic, and will be dedicated to helping grow the practice through loving on our patients. Providers are not required to rotate between clinics. At least every other Saturday availability is required.
Existing Clinics are located in Checotah, Wagoner, Pryor, and Okmulgee, and coming soon to Sapulpa!
Essential Functions:
- Initiate and complete detailed patient assessments
- Determine diagnoses based on data collected and implement therapeutic interventions.
- Order appropriate diagnostic testing including relevant laboratory and imaging needs.
- Prescribe applicable treatment plans including medication, education, and referral as deemed clinically necessary.
- Implement routine procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and splinting.
- Maintain timely documentation of the patient’s medical record.
- Prioritize patient-centered care and the patient experience.

Pay: $120,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
