Mind Rejuvenation, LLC is a modern IV Therapy and mental health treatment clinic dedicated to optimizing health, recovery, and overall wellness. We specialize in evidence-based treatments for Treatment-Resistant Depression and Major Depressive Disorders, including Ketamine IV Infusion and Spravato® (esketamine) therapy. Our clinic also utilizes IV Ketamine for the treatment of anxiety, PTSD, and chronic pain, in addition to offering IV vitamin infusions for overall wellness.

Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient behavioral health team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive psychiatric services, including evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment planning. This role also includes involvement in innovative therapies such as Spravato® and Ketamine IV Infusion for treatment-resistant depression and related conditions.
Psychiatric certification or experience is strongly preferred; however, Family Practice NPs or PAs with a strong interest in behavioral health are encouraged to apply. Training is available for ketamine-based therapies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and mental status examinations
- Diagnose and treat psychiatric conditions including Treatment-Resistant Depression (TRD), Major Depressive Disorder, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and related conditions
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Provide medication management and supportive psychotherapy as appropriate
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, treatment options, and lifestyle recommendations
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated
- Order, review, and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic studies
- Support and oversee administration of Spravato® and Ketamine IV Infusion therapies (training provided if needed)
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and administrative team members
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations
Qualifications
Required
- Active Oklahoma license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- PMHNP certification preferred, or Family Practice NP / PA with psychiatric or behavioral health experience
- Experience treating adult and pediatric patients
- Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated empathy, professionalism, and patient-centered care
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in psychiatry, behavioral health, psychology, or mental health settings
- Experience or familiarity with Spravato® and/or Ketamine IV Infusion therapy
- Credentialed with Medicare, Medicaid, and/or private insurance plans
- Bilingual
- Leadership experience or interest in program development

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $110,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
