Full Job Description
Axis Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with expertise in Pain Management and Addiction Medicine to join our growing team at our Tulsa Hills location. This role is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing patient-centered care for individuals struggling with acute and chronic pain, as well as substance use disorders. The ideal candidate will bring a collaborative approach to care and a commitment to improving patients’ quality of life.
Position Details:
- Location: Tulsa Clinic, Tulsa, OK.
- Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000+ annually, based on experience and procedural capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive pain management care for patients, including consultation, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in the eClinicalWorks (ECW) EMR system.
- Stay current with advancements in pain management techniques and implement best practices in patient care.
- Provide Primary Care services when necessary
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as Axis HealthCare’s policies and protocols.
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of Oklahoma.
- Experience in Pain Management/Addiction Medicine
- Experience in Primary Care, not required
- Proficiency with EMR systems; experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A commitment to providing patient-centered, compassionate care.
