Full Job Description:
Aspire Health is looking to partner with an experienced Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse for our Primary & Urgent Care clinic coming to Sapulpa, Ok. We are looking for a provider that will be excited to join a close-knit team and will be dedicated to growing their practice in both primary and urgent care setting.
Pay is production based with a guaranteed salary of $120,000. There is no cap on bonus potential. Dependent upon patient volume and provider productivity, yearly pay can exceed $160,000.
Hours are Monday through Saturday 7:30am-7:30pm. Providers are scheduled 3 shifts per week. Applicants must be willing to work at least two Saturday shifts a month.

Essential Functions:
- Initiate and complete detailed patient assessments
- Determine diagnoses based on data collected and implement therapeutic interventions.
- Order appropriate diagnostic testing including relevant laboratory and imaging needs.
- Prescribe applicable treatment plans including medication, education, and referral as deemed clinically necessary.
- Implement routine procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and splinting.
- Maintain timely documentation of the patient’s medical record.
- Prioritize patient-centered care and the patient experience.
