Title: Dermatology Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Department: Multi-specialty group

Pay: Base Pay $130,000 – $150,000 plus 15% incentive bonus

Location: Owasso, OK

Position Type: Part Time or full-time;

Grace Naturale is seeking a skilled, patient-centered Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing dermatology team. This position is available as either part-time or full-time, offering flexibility, autonomy, and excellent support from a collaborative clinical environment.

About the Role

The Dermatology PA/NP will provide high-quality medical dermatology services to patients of all ages. Responsibilities include performing dermatologic exams, diagnosing and treating conditions of the skin, hair, and nails, managing chronic dermatologic conditions, aesthetics procedures, and performing procedures within your scope and training.

Qualifications

  • Current PA-C or NP license
  • Minimum 1 year of Dermatology experience required

  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

II. Essential Job Functions/Duties

The Dermatology Provider’s essential duties and responsibilities will include the following:

General Dermatology

  • Perform comprehensive skin examinations and document findings accurately.
  • Diagnose and manage a wide range of dermatologic conditions (e.g., acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, infections).
  • Evaluate and treat acute dermatologic concerns including rashes, lesions, and skin injuries.
  • Perform dermatologic procedures such as cryotherapy, shave biopsies, punch biopsies, excisions (as trained), and wound care.
  • Interpret and communicate pathology results, imaging, and lab findings.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and evidence-based guidelines.
  • Provide patient education on disease management, sun protection, skincare, and preventive health.
  • Maintain complete and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Collaborate with supervising/collaborating physicians when appropriate.

Aesthetic Dermatology

  • Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures within scope of practice, including neurotoxin injections (e.g., Botox), dermal fillers, chemical peels, microneedling, and other cosmetic treatments as trained.
  • Evaluate patients for cosmetic concerns and provide personalized treatment recommendations.
  • Educate patients about aesthetic procedures, expected outcomes, risks, benefits, and aftercare.
  • Assist with development and refinement of cosmetic service offerings and treatment protocols.
  • Maintain clinical photography before/after in accordance with practice standards.

Patient Care & Professional Standards

  • Deliver patient-centered, compassionate, culturally sensitive care in all interactions.
  • Recognize urgent or emergent dermatologic findings and respond appropriately.
  • Maintain strict adherence to infection control, safety policies, and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in continuing medical education to maintain and enhance dermatology knowledge and aesthetic skills.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-based work environment with strong communication and professionalism.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and all legal/ethical standards.

III. Education, Experience and Credentialing

Required Qualifications:

  • Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program from accredited college or university
  • NPI and DEA number
  • OK license as PA/NP in good standing
  • Certification/licensure through governing board in the state of Oklahoma/national accreditation
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
  • 3- years clinical experience

Preferred Requirements:

  • 3 years previous dermatology experience
  • Experience in aesthetics.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

V. Supervision/Managerial

  • Reports to Manager of Health Services
  • Must be able to work independently and prioritize with minimal direction as PA/NP will be offsite from physician supervision
  • Must be able to build an effective team environment
