Full Job Description

Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking an experienced Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners for our Oklahoma City area urgent care centers (locations available may vary – reach out for locations open in your area).

We are currently considering full-time experienced providers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Physician Assistants: Master’s degree (preferred) and NCCPA Certification is required
  • Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and appropriate certification required (AANC or AANP)
  • A minimum of 1-2 years recent experience as a FNP or PA in Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care, treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (all ages).
  • Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), reading EKGs and X-rays.

Two Excellent Bonus Programs:

  • Daily Volume Bonus paid monthly based on patient visit metrics met per shift (to reward those who work at the busier centers).
  • Quarterly Bonus of up to 10% on top of your clinical base salary, based upon patient satisfaction scores, productivity, and quality measures.
