Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in primary care, hormone therapy, and weight loss management is preferred.
Clinic hours are: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Employment Type & Schedule:
- Schedule: Rotational – 1 week on, 1 week off.
- On weeks: Full-time clinical duties (approx. 40 hours/week).
- Off weeks: Remote administrative tasks (approx. 1-5 hours) to manage prior authorizations, review labs, adjust treatment orders, potential staff meetings, clinic events and chart patient progress.
- Flexibility: Full-time or part-time options available. We are willing to work with a different schedule outside of the one week on and off.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Evaluate patients, including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing.
- Prescribe medications and manage patient medication regimens.
- Educate patients on treatment options, post-procedure care, and wellness strategies.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with clinic policies and regulations.
- Upsell products and services and work on converting our weight loss and hormone patients to aesthetic patients.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in aesthetic and primary care medicine.
- Upselling products and services is a must!
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Nursing or completion of a Physician Assistant program from an accredited institution.
- Active certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Experience in primary care, hormone therapy, and/or weight management preferred but not required. We are willing to provide training.
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
- Social media involvement and experience in sales are a plus.

Pay: $50.00 – $70.00 per hour
