Position Overview

As a Physician Assistant at Elite Pain & Health, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based pain management care. Under the supervision of our expert physicians, you will conduct patient assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, perform procedures, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history reviews and physical examinations.
  • Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans for pain management.
  • Perform interventional procedures, including joint and spine injections, as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.
  • Educate patients on pain management strategies, treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in pain management.
  • Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols, ethical standards, and patient confidentiality regulations.

Qualifications

  • Current licensure is as a physician assistant in Oklahoma.
  • Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • Experience in pain management, orthopedics, or interventional medicine is preferred.
  • Strong diagnostic, procedural, and clinical decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient education and collaboration.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
