PICU APP

Hospital Details:  Hospital Bed Size: 500 adult beds, 126 ICU beds  Trauma Level: level 1, level IV NICU Reason For Coverage: vacancies Dates or Required Availability: Minimum Monthly Availability Required for Candidate Submittals: One stretch of 3 x 12s minimum per month Detailed Shift Explanation: 3 x 12s per week, 7 am to 7 pm days, 7pm to 7 am nights Call Details: No Call Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days Credentialing Requirements: PEDS Acute Care Job Details:  Setting: PICU  Patient Volume for Specified Dept: 34 beds  Main Position duties /Required Procedures:  Specific Equipment Experience:  Specific Skillset Needed: Physician support 24/7  EMR: Epic  Specific Client Certifications/Requirements: Hospitalist / ICU Jobs:  Open/Closed ICU: o If Open, will the locum admit/round in the ICU? Closed mixed acuity o Vent Management required? Yes (no ECMO)

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $110.00 – $120.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 36 per week
