Immediate Position Available for:
Certified Physician Assistant (Orthopedics and Reconstructive)
Opportunity to join a well-established, fast-paced group practice.
Candidate should be personable, flexible and have a strong capacity to work both independently and within a team. High caliber performance and EMR competence are essential.
Salary is dependent on credentials and experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
This position will work alongside multiple orthopedic surgeons specializing in general orthopedics, adult reconstruction, orthopedic trauma, as well as hand and upper extremity in our Oklahoma City, Oklahoma location.
Responsible for seeing patient’s op patient in a hospital setting and by creating relationships with ER physicians, hospitalists, case managers and nurses.
Assist with Consults, H&P’s, daily rounding, D/C summaries, calls from floor, schedule surgical cases on inpatients and provide surgical first assistance for inpatient and outpatient surgeries as needed.
Procedure focused: Perform reductions, joint aspirations, casting and splinting.
Great opportunity to manage simple to complex orthopedic patients with autonomy and strong attending support.
Monday through Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm. However, flexibility is expected regarding patient care. No night or weekend call responsibility unless additional revenue opportunity is desired.

Pay: $95,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
