Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting. This position requires proficiency in various medical procedures, including diagnostic evaluations and physical examinations, while adhering to established standards of care. The Physician Assistant will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment plans for patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and assess patient health status.
• Perform diagnostic evaluations, including spinal taps when necessary.
• Provide esthetic laser treatment as part of patient care services.
• Manage outpatient care, ensuring patients receive appropriate follow-up and home care instructions.
• Document patient encounters accurately using ICD-10 coding for diagnoses.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid Physician Assistant license in the state of practice.
• Experience or training in esthetic laser treatment is preferred but not required.
• Strong skills in patient care, including the ability to perform physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations.
• Knowledge of ICD-10 coding standards is essential for accurate documentation.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Commitment to providing high-quality care with a focus on patient satisfaction.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and manage a variety of clinical tasks efficiently.

Pay: $110,335.00 – $150,716.00 per year
