Part time Physician Assistant or APRN needed for busy Interventional Pain Management physician in South OKC
Responsibilities of the Physician Assistant or APRN position include but are not limited to:
- Examining and treating new and follow-up patients in clinic setting
- Taking medical histories, initiating and completing patient assessment plans
- Ordering laboratories and diagnostic studies
- Ordering and prescribing appropriate medications, maintaining timely documentation and providing pre and post-operative care
- Assisting physician during surgery and completing discharge summaries as requested by physician.
Monday-Friday, no weekends or major holidays.
Requirements
- Active Physician Assistant licensure required in the State of Oklahoma
- Active APRN licensure required in the State of Oklahoma
- EHR experience preferred but not required
- New graduates will be considered
- Candidates should possess a strong work ethic and the ability to interact well with patients and co-workers.
