Full Job Description
The Kickapoo Tribal Health Center (KTHC) located in McLoud, Oklahoma is accepting applications for an experienced Family Practice Physician Assistant. This position organizationally falls under the Medical Director of the KTHC as operated by the Kickapoo Tribe of Oklahoma. The purpose of this position is to perform those duties as may be commonly associated with an Oklahoma Licensed Physician Assistant implementing care in an ambulatory care setting. Skills and knowledge base should be applicable to ages across the life span including the care of adult, pediatric, geriatric, and obstetrical patients in the outpatient settings.
This position is full-time (40 hours per week) Monday through Friday, no on-call duties.
The KTHC is only 30 minutes east of the Oklahoma City metropolitan area and is only 20 minutes northwest of Shawnee, Oklahoma.
The KTHC is a designated Federally Qualified Health Center and is an approved Indian Health Services (IHS) Loan repayment program site.
