We offer compassionate care through evidence-based treatment methods, helping patients navigate a variety of mental health challenges.We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Behavioral Physician Assistant (PA) to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing patient-centered care and supporting positive mental health outcomes.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and patient evaluations.
• Diagnose and treat mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders.
• Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans, including medication management.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care.
• Educate patients and families on mental health conditions and prescribed treatments.
• Maintain accurate, confidential electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Provide telehealth services as needed.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree from an accredited PA program.
• Current PA license in the state of Oklahoma.
• Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• Behavioral or psychiatric healthcare experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills for psychiatric disorders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in psychotropic medication management.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Proficiency in EHR systems and telehealth platforms.
