Overview
We are a specialized neuropathy clinic in Tulsa focused on diagnosing and treating peripheral neuropathy, chronic nerve pain, and more. Our approach emphasizes non-surgical, patient-centered care, combining advanced therapies with personalized treatment plans to improve long-term outcomes.
We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our growing clinic. This role is ideal for a provider who is comfortable working independently, managing chronic pain conditions, and performing in-office procedures, including injections.
We are open Monday-Friday with half days on Tuesday & Friday.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations (history & physical exams)
- Diagnose and manage neuropathy and related chronic pain conditions
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Perform in-office procedures, including injections
- Educate patients on treatment options, medications, and lifestyle modifications
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in EMR
Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Oklahoma
- Board certification (FNP, AGNP, or similar)
- Experience in pain management, neurology, orthopedics, or internal medicine preferred
- Experience performing injections strongly preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a clinic setting
Pay: $115,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
