Full Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established Rheumatology care center in Liberty Township, OH situated north of Cincinnati with easy access to highways. Patient care Tuesday – Friday.

Our AARA care center has 1 Physician, 1 Physicians Assistant, 7 exam rooms, a state-of-the-art Infusion Suite with 11 chairs, lab services, joint injections, and a highly skilled dedicated team. We specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatic diseases, such as Rheumatoid Arthritis & Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis, Arthritis, Lupus, Sjogren’s Syndrome, Gout, Vasculitis and others.

Responsibilities:

  • Examine patients and their medical records
  • Order and study diagnostic tests (blood tests, X-rays etc.)
  • Diagnose and Propose treatments for autoimmune and arthritic diseases
  • Prescribe medications and IV Infusion Treatments
  • Maintain accurate records and schedules
  • Inform patients about their health conditions and prescribed medications
  • Educate patients and their family members on diseases and treatment plans
  • Oversee patients’ overall health and promote good health practices
  • Advance professional knowledge and conduct research
  • Other duties as assigned by collaborating physician

Requirements:

  • New grads or experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Rheumatology, Dermatology, Orthopedics, Internal Medicine preferred
  • Knowledge of health and patient care regulations
  • Excellent and timely communication skills – verbal, and written
  • Strong ethics, integrity, and reliable
  • Team player with a positive attitude, patience and optimism
  • Exhibits curiosity and a willingness to learn
  • Valid Ohio Nurse Practitioner & DEA license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
