About the Role

Ketamine Health & Wellness Clinics of Ohio is seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our outpatient psychiatric clinic on a part-time basis. This role focuses on Spravato treatment and ongoing medication management for a diverse patient population. You will work collaboratively with a board-certified psychiatrist and experienced clinical staff in a supportive, physician-led environment.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Competitive hourly compensation, commensurate with experience and role (prescribing and evaluations)
  • Part-time schedule with flexible weekday hours-preference for candidates available for 4p-8p Spravato evening clinic Monday through Thursdays
  • Large amount of flexibility to choose days and times you work, with work-from-home telepsychiatry medication management hours available!
  • No weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities
  • Supportive administrative and clinical staff to optimize workflow and patient care

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments
  • Prescribe and administer Spravato (Esketamine) therapy, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
  • Provide ongoing psychiatric medication management and follow-up care
  • Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
  • Collaborate closely with the supervising psychiatrist and interdisciplinary team
  • Monitor treatment response, medication efficacy, and side effects
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation in the electronic medical record
  • Engage patients with empathy, professionalism, and clear communication
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, regulatory standards, and clinic policies
  • Participate in clinical discussions and quality improvement initiatives as appropriate

Minimum Qualifications

  • Active PMHNP license or Physician Assistant license with psychiatric experience
  • Eligibility for state licensure and DEA registration
  • Master’s degree in Nursing (PMHNP) or graduate degree as a Physician Assistant
  • Experience in outpatient psychiatry or psychiatric medication management preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in outpatient psychiatric medication management
  • Comfort treating common psychiatric conditions such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, and related conditions
  • Interest in collaborative, psychiatrist-led care models

Pay: $70.00 – $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 28.0 per week
