About the Role
Ketamine Health & Wellness Clinics of Ohio is seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our outpatient psychiatric clinic on a part-time basis. This role focuses on Spravato treatment and ongoing medication management for a diverse patient population. You will work collaboratively with a board-certified psychiatrist and experienced clinical staff in a supportive, physician-led environment.

Compensation & Schedule
- Competitive hourly compensation, commensurate with experience and role (prescribing and evaluations)
- Part-time schedule with flexible weekday hours-preference for candidates available for 4p-8p Spravato evening clinic Monday through Thursdays
- Large amount of flexibility to choose days and times you work, with work-from-home telepsychiatry medication management hours available!
- No weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities
- Supportive administrative and clinical staff to optimize workflow and patient care
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments
- Prescribe and administer Spravato (Esketamine) therapy, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
- Provide ongoing psychiatric medication management and follow-up care
- Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
- Collaborate closely with the supervising psychiatrist and interdisciplinary team
- Monitor treatment response, medication efficacy, and side effects
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation in the electronic medical record
- Engage patients with empathy, professionalism, and clear communication
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, regulatory standards, and clinic policies
- Participate in clinical discussions and quality improvement initiatives as appropriate

Minimum Qualifications
- Active PMHNP license or Physician Assistant license with psychiatric experience
- Eligibility for state licensure and DEA registration
- Master’s degree in Nursing (PMHNP) or graduate degree as a Physician Assistant
- Experience in outpatient psychiatry or psychiatric medication management preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in outpatient psychiatric medication management
- Comfort treating common psychiatric conditions such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, and related conditions
- Interest in collaborative, psychiatrist-led care models
Pay: $70.00 – $80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 – 28.0 per week
