What You’ll Do
- As a key member of our advanced practice team, you will:
- Manage acutely ill and convalescing neonates from admission through discharge in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.
- Collaborate with neonatologists while also practicing independently within your scope of care.
- Work 12-hour rotating day and night shifts (including weekends and holidays as needed).
- Participate in weekly neonatal and surgical education seminars and monthly Neonatal Practitioner series.
- Provide care within a comprehensive tertiary setting featuring all pediatric subspecialties, including ECMO, BPD, and surgical services.
- Enjoy a focus on patient care—no transport duties required.
What You’ll Bring
- Master’s degree (MS) or higher.
- Prior NICU experience preferred – or willingness to complete our in-house Neonatal PA Fellowship Program.
- Active Ohio PA license (or eligibility).
- NCCPA certification required.

Pay: $120,000.00 – $181,000.00 per year
