Job Description Summary:
M-F, no weekends The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) works in collaboration with the physician in both the inpatient and outpatient settings, caring for patients with cardiovascular disease processes.
Responsibilities And Duties:
Works under direction and in consultation/collaboration with physician. Assesses and evaluates patients, H&Ps, orders and interprets diagnostic tests, etc. Assists in diagnostic and invasive procedures. Pre-operative and post-operative care, writes orders, discharges, etc. Promotes quality outcomes and initiatives. Must have a standard care arrangement SC a with a physician in like practice APRN responsible for notifying the Ohio Board of Nursing g . Practices within applicable state laws, appropriate boards, and in accordance with his/her standard care arrangement and delineation of privileges.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s Degree (Required)BLS – Basic Life Support – American Heart Association, RN – Registered Nurse – Ohio Board of Nursing
Additional Job Description:
this position will be outpatient (80-90%) and inpatient (10-20%)
