Key Responsibilities
- Aesthetic Care: Perform medical aesthetic procedures, including Wrinkle Relaxers, Dermal Fillers, Microneedling (PRP, RF, Standard), Laser Treatments (IPL/BBL), Chemical Peels, Body Contouring, and more.
- Wellness & Virtual Medicine: Manage and grow Juvly’s virtual wellness clinic in Ohio, providing consultations and treatments for medical weight loss, hormone therapy, IV therapy and other wellness-focused services.
- Patient Experience: Provide thorough client consultations, education, and individualized treatment plans to ensure exceptional results in both aesthetics and wellness.
- Clinic Growth & Outreach: When not with clients, engage in marketing efforts, client outreach, and practice development. Actively promote both aesthetic and wellness services, while driving retail sales and treatment plan adherence.
- Professional Development: Stay informed about the latest treatments, protocols, and best practices in both aesthetics and wellness. Participate in ongoing training provided by Juvly Aesthetics.
- Technology & Documentation: Utilize electronic medical records for accurate clinical documentation, patient management, and virtual wellness visits.
Essential Skills
As a dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP), you possess:
- Excellent clinical judgement and attention to detail, with a naturally strong aesthetic eye.
- Strong interpersonal skills, assertive/confident approach, enthusiasm and a personable nature.
- Knowledgeable on skin care, with the desire to learn more.
- Demonstrated skills in sales, customer service and relationship building.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care/follow-up care.
- Great time-management skills with the ability to prioritize among multiple requests.
- A sense of pride in your fast-paced clinic, reliably supporting it in all capacities, ensuring its success.
Qualifications
- Current Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) License in FL, MN, NY, OH, TX or WI (location dependent on job opening)
- Current DEA license for prescriptive authority (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1-year clinical experience in a clinic, hospital or outpatient practice required (aesthetic experience not required, but preferred)

Job Type
Full-time, M-F, about 40 hours per week/in-office.
Some travel may be required during training, for certain locations.
