Our private practice is seeking a Physicians Assistant(Advanced Practice Provider) with critical care or nephrology experience to provide exceptional care to our patients. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage renal patients with a range of nephrology conditions, including hypertension, acute and chronic kidney disease, and dialysis.
- Provide care in inpatient settings, rehab facilities, and community-based dialysis centers.
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking and diagnostic reasoning skills when evaluating and managing patients.
- Effectively communicate with patients, their healthcare teams, and other providers to ensure continuity of care.
- Order and follow up on lab tests, radiological exams, and consultations as needed.
- Prescribe appropriate pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies.
- Accurately document patient care in compliance with hospital and office policies.
- Submit accurate billing and diagnostic codes daily (training in billing/coding provided).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $117,000.00 – $126,360.00 per year
