Our founders, Tim Hori and Kaylee Koozer, built this clinic from a deep passion for closing the gap in midlife women’s health and ensuring every woman feels seen, heard, and supported.
We take time with our patients—30-minute new visits and 15-minute follow-ups—and pair medical care with guidance from dedicated health coaches. As a growing startup, we’re building a collaborative team where clinicians feel valued, encouraged, and excited to shape something meaningful.
About the RoleWe are looking for a warm, thoughtful Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Cincinnati clinic. You’ll work directly with our Gynecologist and health coaches to provide comprehensive care for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. This is an in-person role with time to truly connect with patients and make a lasting impact on their health and quality of life.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves women’s health, enjoys learning, and wants to help build a new model of care. New graduates with prior RN experience in women’s health who are eager and motivated are welcome to apply.
What You’ll Do
- Provide compassionate, personalized care for women in perimenopause and menopause
- Complete assessments, order and interpret labs, and create thoughtful, evidence-based treatment plans
- Prescribe and manage HRT and non-hormonal alternatives when appropriate
- Support patients with sexual and pelvic health concerns such as libido changes, dryness, and incontinence
- Offer lifestyle guidance around sleep, nutrition, weight management, stress, and overall wellness
- Collaborate closely with our Gynecologist, care team, and health coaches
- Build strong, trusting patient relationships and answer questions with patience and clarity
- Document accurately in our EMR and participate in team meetings and case reviews
- Work a consistent Wednesday–Saturday schedule
- Collaborate with a supervising physician as needed
What We’re Looking For
- NP or PA with relevant certification (WHNP, FNP, AGNP, CNM, or PA-C)
- Active Ohio license or ability to obtain
- A genuine passion for perimenopause and menopause care
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered mindset
- Comfort working in a growing, mission-driven environment
- Curiosity, openness, and excitement for continued learning
Preferred Qualifications
- MSCP certification or interest in pursuing it
- Experience managing HRT
- Familiarity with integrative or functional medicine approaches
- Interest in clinical program development or future leadership opportunities
