As the Provider / Office Manager you will be at the heart of our clinic operations, ensuring seamless functioning, efficiency, and a positive work environment. This role is crucial in contributing to the success of our team and clinics.Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, cultivating efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Talent Management: Lead recruitment processes, conduct candidate screening/interviewing, and manage onboarding procedures.
- Team Culture: Foster a company culture that promotes positivity, teamwork, and high morale among staff.
- Policy Implementation: Implement, uphold, and review operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and excellence.
- Collaborative Communication: Work closely with operations team members through remote platforms, providing regular progress updates.
- Financial Stewardship: Participate in financial planning and budget management to contribute to the clinic’s overall success.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure filing of all legal and regulatory documents, monitoring compliance with healthcare laws and regulations.
- Perform a range of aesthetic procedures, including Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau, dermal fillers, injectables, laser treatments, micro-needling, chemical peels, etc.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance social media presence and build a client base.
- Ensure a top-tier patient experience through oversight of facility cleanliness, quality, and customer-facing services.
- Drive product sales within the practice, including sales training and collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Demonstrate proficiency in sales, customer service, and time management.
Requirements:
- Management Experience: Previous experience in office or clinic management, with a preference for medical or beauty industry exposure.
- Leadership Skills: Exhibit strong organizational and leadership skills to drive the clinic towards success.
- Communication: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Tech Proficiency: Possess proficiency in basic tech and operating systems for effective communication and office management.
- Healthcare Knowledge: Basic to advanced knowledge of healthcare regulations and medical law.
Education and Experience:
- Current Nurse Practitioner or PA License in the State of TX.
- DEA license or willingness to obtain.
- Minimum 1-year experience as a Medical Provider; aesthetics experience not required.
- Minimum 1-year experience training or managing a team. (Preferred)
- Strong customer support, communication, and integrity.

Job Type for Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant:Full-time, about 40 hours per week.Salary for Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant:Compensation has a base pay and a variable component or bonus based on productivity.Benefits:
