We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Administer aesthetic treatments including injectables (neurotoxins, dermal fillers), lasers, skin rejuvenation, and other non-invasive procedures
• Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and post-procedure care
• Accurately document treatments and patient interactions using EMR
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal results
• Participate in virtual/telehealth consultations as needed
• Maintain high standards of infection control, safety, and compliance
• Stay current with industry advancements and trends in aesthetic medicine

Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensed in Ohio
• Minimum 3 years of experience in medical aesthetics (injectables and lasers required)
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, aesthetic techniques, and skin physiology
• Excellent communication, bedside manner, and client rapport-building skills
• Passion for aesthetics and ongoing professional development
• Ability to thrive both independently and in a collaborative setting

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and assessments of patients.
• Administer esthetic laser treatments, injectables and other aesthetic procedures.
• Provide education to patients regarding treatment options and post-care instructions.
• Maintain accurate patient records properly
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
• Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Uphold high standards of patient safety and care throughout all procedures.
• Engage in ongoing education regarding advancements in aesthetic practices and technologies.

Requirements

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license with a focus on aesthetics or related field.
• Experience in esthetic laser treatment and injectables is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of patient care principles and behavioral health considerations.
• Familiarity with outpatient settings and memory care practices is a plus.
• Proficient in performing physical examinations and documenting findings accurately.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
