Full Job Description
Why this role matters
A critical phase: Women spend over one-third of their lives in peri- or post-menopause—yet most care still treats it as an afterthought.
We are closing the gap in two ways:
- Exceptional care: 40 and 20-minute virtual visits—ample time to understand each patient’s holistic health, leverage labs and tests as needed, and deliver the same depth of care you’d provide in person, all on our convenient virtual platform.
- Lasting impact: Partnering in research and clinician training that will redefine midlife women’s care—for all women.
Role summary
This is more than a job – it’s a movement. As a Nurse Practitioner or PA-C at HerMD, you’ll forge genuine partnerships with midlife women, guiding them through menopause and sexual wellness in 40 and 20-minute virtual visits that honor each individual’s journey. Growing a patient panel and caring for those same women throughout their journey is something you care deeply about.
You’ll harness cutting-edge protocols and diagnostics to deliver truly holistic care—and lend your expertise to research and training initiatives that will set a new standard in women’s health. You’ll also become a significant voice in closing the education gap, driving clinician training that transforms how menopause and sexual wellness are taught and practiced.
We’re building a team of providers who are passionate about patient relationships, not just transactions. Unlike many virtual care models, we offer competitive salaries, paid holidays, paid time off, healthcare premium coverage (percentage varies by full-time/part-time status), and continuing education benefits because we value our employees. We don’t employ contractors on an hourly or daily rate.
