The Dermatology, Laser & Vein Center is a physician-led aesthetic practice focused on advanced cosmetic treatments and non-surgical skin rejuvenation. We provide a comprehensive range of services, including injectables, laser therapies, energy-based treatments, and skin resurfacing. Position OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our expanding aesthetics team. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys performing procedures, educating patients, and helping individuals achieve confidence through aesthetic care.

While prior aesthetic experience is a plus, we are open to training the right candidate who has a strong interest in cosmetic medicine.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Duties:Conduct thorough cosmetic consultations and patient evaluationsCreate personalized treatment plans based on patient goalsPerform aesthetic procedures, with training provided as needed, including:Neuromodulators such as Botox®, Xeomin®, and Dysport®Dermal fillers and biostimulatory injectablesLaser and light-based skin treatmentsMicroneedling and resurfacing proceduresChemical peels and advanced skincare servicesEducate patients on treatments, expected results, skincare routines, and aftercareMaintain accurate and detailed EMR documentation for all visitsFollow all safety, sterilization, and infection control protocolsBuild strong patient relationships through excellent care and follow-up

Operational Support:Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and equipmentEnsure proper setup and maintenance of aesthetic devicesAssist providers during procedures when neededWork closely with front office staff and leadership to create a smooth patient experienceParticipate in ongoing training and professional development

Qualifications

Required:Active Ohio NP or PA licenseAt least one year of clinical experience in a relevant settingStrong clinical judgment and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, procedure-based environmentComfort with EMR systems and standard clinical software

Preferred:Background in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, plastic surgery, or med spa environmentExperience with injectables, lasers, or energy-based devicesFamiliarity with modern EMR systemsStrong interest in building a long-term career in aestheticsA keen aesthetic sense with a focus on natural results

Work Environment:Outpatient cosmetic dermatology practiceFast-paced, procedure-focused settingRequires standing for extended periods and occasional lifting up to 25 lbsSupportive, team-oriented environment led by experienced physiciansOngoing exposure to new technologies and treatment techniques
