Physician Assistant (PA) – Urgent Care Clinic
CareFirst Urgent Care is immediately hiring a Physician Assistant for a full-time Provider position in our Fairfield Clinic. This Provider position works 7 – 12 hour shifts per 2 week pay period. Providers make their own schedules, receive a competitive benefits package and have a support staff of Medical Assistants, Medical Receptionists, as well as Office Managers and Collaborating Physicians.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform physical examinations on patients of all ages in an urgent care clinic setting.
- Assess, diagnose and prescribe for various illnesses and minor injuries.
- DOT Certification within 30 days of employment.
- Perform minor procedures such as I&Ds and suturing.

Qualifications:
- Board Certified Physician Assistant
- New Grads – Experienced Providers are welcome to apply
- Ability to effectively communicate and work in conjunction with other CareFirst team members

Pay: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
