Overview
Join our dynamic Night hospital medicine team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care across diverse medical settings. Flexible scheduling: 13 shifts a month, 8pm-8am at various Kettering Network Facilities.

Duties
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to determine diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Manage acute pain, perform bedside procedures such as suturing, catheterization, spinal taps, and IV insertions with precision and sterile technique.
- Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems – Epic to document medical records accurately and efficiently.
- Provide patient care across various departments including ICU, emergency room, medical-surgical units.
- Collaborate with specialists in gastroenterology, infectious disease care, or other subspecialties as needed for comprehensive patient management.
Skills
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic for efficient documentation. Preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, CPT coding (Current Procedural Terminology), ICD (International Classification of Diseases) coding (ICD-9/10), and CPT procedures.
- Experience in hospital medicine including inpatient management of complex cases.
Pay: $120,000.00 – $121,000.00 per year
