Physician Assistant – Outpatient Primary Care

Loving Care Medical is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join our established outpatient primary care practice in South Ozone Park, Queens. We are a patient-focused clinic providing comprehensive care across the lifespan in a supportive and efficient environment.

Competitive hourly compensation: $80+/hour based on experience.Expected patient volume: 20–25 patients per day.Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Flexible scheduling offered.

Duties

• Provide outpatient primary care services to patients across the lifespan
• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and patient assessments
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging)
• Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans
• Provide preventive care and patient education
• Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers
• Collaborate with supervising physician as needed for complex cases
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic health records (eClinicalWorks)
• Ensure timely chart completion (same day or within 24 hours preferred)

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) program
• Active and unrestricted New York Physician Assistant license
• NCCPA certification (or eligible)
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Experience in primary care preferred
• Experience with eClinicalWorks strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage a full patient schedule in a fast-paced outpatient setting
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
