Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Provide services to our clients by performing physical examinations such as school bus driver 19A physicals, DOT physicals, Pre-employment physicals, Respirator physicals, etc.
– Provide determinations for Fitness to Work and Return to Work evaluations
– Administer vaccinations
– Willing to occasionally travel within Monroe County for offsite physicals (Mileage is reimbursed). Very few offsites are outside of Monroe County.
– Adhere to legal and ethical standards in healthcare practice, as well as maintaining consistency between all patients evaluated.
– Availability every/most Thursdays. Other days throughout the week may also be discussed, if provider is interested.
Qualifications:
– Valid Physician Assistant license in New York state
– Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physician Assistant preferred
– Certification to conduct DOT physicals required (NRCME)
