Concierge Orthodontic Practice – Upper East Side, New York City
We are seeking an exceptional individual—ideally a Physician Assistant (PA) or recent PA graduate—who is looking to apply their clinical training in a unique, patient-centered environment outside of traditional medical settings.

The Role
This position blends elements of clinical insight, patient coordination, and white-glove service. You will serve as a central point of contact for our patients, helping guide them through their orthodontic journey with clarity, warmth, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary liaison between doctor and patient, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience
- Educate patients on treatment plans, procedures, and expected outcomes using advanced imaging and records
- Coordinate appointments, treatment timelines, and follow-ups with precision
- Support case presentation and patient onboarding in a concierge setting
- Collaborate closely with orthodontists and clinical team members
- Maintain an elevated standard of communication consistent with a luxury service environment
Who You Are
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program (or nearing completion)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; polished, confident presence
- Interested in patient experience, aesthetics, and relationship-driven care
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Curious and open to learning new clinical and technological skills
