Full Job Description

Korzen Health is partnered with a leading women’s primary care organization that is currently undergoing significant regional expansion. We are seeking a mission-driven Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Medical Director to join a practice dedicated to a holistic, specialized approach to women’s health.

This is a “Player-Coach” leadership opportunity designed for a clinician who excels in direct patient care while possessing the operational insight to mentor a team and champion clinical excellence.

To remain deeply rooted in the clinical mission, this is a patient-facing leadership position.

  • Direct Care: You will spend approximately 95% of your time in clinical practice, leading by example and utilizing frontline insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Leadership: You will partner closely with the Operations team to mentor staff, perform peer reviews, and shape a world-class experience for both patients and providers.

Clinical Scope & Environment

  • Focus: 100% outpatient women’s care, including primary care, gynecology, mental health integration, and dermatological wellness.
  • Support: Work alongside a dedicated onsite team of Nurses and Medical Assistants.
  • Schedule: 40-hour work week (Monday–Friday, with rotating Saturdays); includes dedicated clinical and administrative blocks.

Requirements

  • Credentials: Active NP or PA license; National Board Certification (ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA); Active NY License and DEA.
  • Clinical Expertise: 3+ years in outpatient primary care with a focus on Women’s Health (routine GYN, contraception, STIs) and inclusive, patient-centered care.
  • Leadership: 1+ years of experience leading clinicians (direct or indirect) with a proven ability to coach teams and manage accountability.
  • Operational Mindset: Data-driven and adaptable; comfortable balancing clinical quality with workflow efficiency.
