Pain Management Physician Assistant
Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pain Management Physician Assistant to join our all-personal injury boutique practice. This role involves providing comprehensive patient care across three full-time clinics throughout the valley, with a focus on personal injury cases. The PA will work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver efficient, high-quality treatment in a supportive environment. This position offers a stable weekly schedule with no on-call responsibilities, supported by experienced staff to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and medical history reviews
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Utilize EMR/EHR systems for documentation and patient record management
- Provide and recommend medical treatment and interventions based on clinical evaluation. Heavy interventional practice
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients regarding their diagnosis, treatment options, and progress
- Support the clinic’s workflow by managing patient flow efficiently within scheduled hours
- Maintain compliance with all relevant medical standards and regulations
Experience
- Prior experience in pain management or related medical fields is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong knowledge of medical treatment protocols and diagnostic evaluation techniques
- Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems is required
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration
- Ability to work independently within a fast-paced, supportive environment
