Physician Assistant (PA)

Location: Fargo, ND (On-Site)Job Type: Full-TimePay: $133,990 – $164,570 per year

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our patient-centered clinical team in Fargo, ND. The PA will provide high-quality retinal and ophthalmic care under physician supervision, utilizing strong clinical judgment, procedural skill, and compassionate communication. This role includes comprehensive training and ongoing development to support success in a fast-paced, innovative medical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed patient histories, physical exams, and assessments for retinal and related conditions.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests to support accurate evaluation.
  • Perform in-clinic procedures within scope of practice.
  • Develop and manage patient-centered treatment plans and monitor progress.
  • Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and care instructions.
  • Support clinic operations and complete additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited PA program with active North Dakota PA licensure.
  • Procedural background with strong fine motor skills preferred (new graduates not accepted).
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient-care skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic clinical environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented.

Schedule

  • Full-time, on-site
  • Participation in on-call rotation required once ramped
  • Caseload goal: 30–40 patients/day after onboarding
  • Start date: ASAP

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $133,990 – $164,570
