Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) who is certified or eligible to join our independent family practice healthcare team. We delivery personalized high-quality, efficient, and compassionate care.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments including physical examinations, vital signs, and medical history intake to establish accurate diagnoses and treatment.
- Assist in minor surgical interventions utilizing aseptic techniques.
- Order and interpret diagnostics tests
- Develop and implement patient management plans
- Educate and counsel patients on health promotion and disease prevention
- Work independently yet collaboratively with physician, nurses and support staff
- Work in an environment where patients where time is not monitored and compassionate patient care is valued.
Qualifications
- Certified or eligible Physician Assistant with current licensure to practice in North Dakota.
- Knowledge of CPT coding for procedures; familiarity with family practice ICD-10/ICD-9 coding standards for documentation accuracy.
- Ability to perform physical examinations thoroughly while maintaining aseptic technique; capable of handling complex diagnostic evaluations.
- Excellent patient assessment skills combined with strong communication abilities and or problem solving abilities; commitment to patient-centered care aligned with HIPAA standards.
SALARY
Base pay plus incentive for revenue income
Pay: $70,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
