Job Description:
Trillion Health & Hormone Clinic is looking for a top notch, experienced, Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, to add to our rapidly growing women’s health clinics. This person embodies our passion for serving women and our mission of treating our patients how we’d like to be treated. Friendly, genuine, organized, efficient, and positive; our providers demonstrate these fundamental qualities in each interaction had with our patients. A passion for women’s health, medical aesthetics, and teamwork is a must!
Core Responsibilities:
- Has a contagious and positive work ethic, inspires others, and models the behaviors of genuine, caring, friendly, and organized
- Self-motivated, team player, with desire to lead in a growing medical practice
- Excellent multitasking while maintaining positive attitude
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Give comprehensive physical exams and women’s health screenings/exams
- Order and interpret labs to create a treatment plan and goals for the patient based on protocol and policy outlined by medical director
- Lead clinical and non-clinical team to best serve our patients
- Offer, educate, and implement ancillary services to our patients
- Efficiently and effectively document all encounters
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited school/college of nursing
- Federal DEA licensure
- Appropriate certification and currently licensed: Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) preferred, Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) acceptable with women’s health experience 3+ years’ experience in women’s health relating to gynecology
- Function with autonomy and able to make independent decisions while functioning as part of a comprehensive team
- Effectively communicate in verbal and written forms
- Comprehend and follow and update policy, procedure, guidelines and protocols
- Analytical ability to review internal processes needing improvement and make suggestions
- Interpersonal skills to manage and develop the staff within the work group and to participate on provider team
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
- Extensive background in women’s health and gynecology
- Certification and experience in aesthetic/cosmetic injectables and procedures
- Familiar with hormone therapy treatment and diagnosis
