WHY PSYCHIATRY:

– Psychiatry is very rewarding and fulfilling. Our practice has a great treatment outcome, and many clients get much better after 1 to 2 visits. You can help the clients regain their lives and make a significant impact on the lives of both patients and their families.

You can spend time to talk to the clients and get to know them. Insurance allows the psychiatrists to spend 60 min with new clients and 30 min with the follow-up clients, which is not the case in family medicine and other specialties.

– You will become a more positive person as a psychiatrist since you have to turn all the negativity into positivity in order to help the clients.

– Besides prescribing evidence-based medications, you can utilize many therapy skills and techniques to help your clients and make those lives more productive and enjoyable.

– You will build long-term, connected, and trusting deeper relationships with the patients since you see them once a month when family medicine and other specialties see the clients less often.

– In psychiatry, she would have more autonomy in assessing, diagnosing, and managing patient care, without being dependent on procedures or surgeries, which is more common in urology.

– You will work with high-functioning, respectful, and appreciative clients. We almost never have clients upset with us.

– It will help you improve your communication skills and interpersonal skills, and make you understand clients on a deep level and communicate with them skillfully and wisely. It improves your emotional intelligence and makes you a more interesting person.

– Psychiatry makes you a stronger, wiser, happier, and better person.

– Psychiatry is easy to learn, as 90% of our clients present with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, or ADHD, with 70% specifically experiencing depression and anxiety. We have a great training system.

SALARY AND BENEFITS: This great position will offer a wonderful lifestyle, great life and work balance, supportive and positive work environment, appreciative and respectful clients, competitive salary and benefits.
