Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about true family medicine, providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages. You will work collaboratively within a supportive environment, contributing to our mission of improving health outcomes for our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive family-focused care to patients of all ages.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care.
  • Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with organizational policies.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to patient care protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
  • Valid North Carolina state license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Strong clinical assessment skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $263,013.00 – $278,727.00 per year
