We are looking for a Full-Time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to work at both our Wake Forest and Raleigh locations, focusing on Primary Care and Urgent Care, with an interest in Integrative & Functional Medicine. Clinic Hours
Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM
Saturdays 9AM – 3PM
Provider schedules rotate between 36 and 38 hour weeks; 38 hour weeks include Saturday shift.
