About the Role

We’re seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) — whether a PA or Family Nurse Practitioner — to join our dedicated team. This role offers a unique blend of patient care, surgical support, and teamwork. Under the mentorship of Dr. Hey and our experienced senior PA, you’ll gain hands-on experience with pediatric and adult patients, assist in exciting surgeries, and participate in hospital rounds (with most rounds led by Dr. Hey).

Instead of working in isolation, you’ll be part of a close-knit team that values continuous learning and shared success. Our team includes talented Schroth physical therapists, an innovative orthotist, and motivated pre-med staff—all working together to provide the best outcomes for our patients.

Qualifications

For PAs:

• Graduate of an accredited PA program
• Active PA licensure and NCCPA certification in North Carolina

For FNPs:

• Family Nurse Practitioner certification (both pediatric and adult care)
• Active APRN and RN licensure in North Carolina
• Certification through AANP or ANCC

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
