Brier Creek Integrated Pain & Spine
Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant needed.
OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and detail oriented NP or PA to join our team!
We are open to full time or part time availability
Our hours are M-F 8am-4pm
No nights, weekends, holidays or on call!
New graduates are encouraged to apply!
Starting base rate of 120k/year
After fully credentialled, trained, and seeing a full case load of patients independently salary increased to 140k/year
Incentive bonus opportunities also available.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and assessments of patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Manage case management for patients, ensuring continuity of care.
- Perform procedures such as sterile processing and esthetic laser treatments as needed.
- Provide education on family planning and preventative health measures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in various settings, including ICU and internal medicine departments.
- Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic health records.
Requirements
- Current Nurse Practitioner certification and state licensure.
- Strong knowledge of physiology and the ability to ventilate patients when necessary.
- Experience in case management, internal medicine, or critical care preferred.
- Ability to lift patients and assist with mobility as required.
- Familiarity with dialysis procedures is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
