We are a mental health practice looking for experienced, energetic and dependable Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioners who are great team players and who seek to actively make a difference in the lives of patients. You will offer excellent medication management under the direction of our supervising physician. Responsibilities
- Acquire and review patient histories
- Issue appropriate prescriptions
- Monitor patients’ progress and document thoroughly
- Cultivate a climate of trust and compassion for the patients
- Comply strictly with medical care regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate effectively with providers of various specialties
Skills
- Proven work experience as a physician assistant/ nurse practitioner
- Knowledge of medical guidelines
- Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
- Caring and compassionate
- Team player with good communication skills
- BSc/MA in Physician Assistant Studies, Health Science or Medical Science, or Nurse Practitioner
