Full Job Description

OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant or RN injector to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, particularly in aesthetic medicine and will be committed to providing high-quality medical services in an efficient manner. This role requires collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinations.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
  • Administer injections and perform procedures as needed, including botulinum toxin treatment and dermal fillers treatments.
  • Provide triage services to prioritize patient care based on urgency and need.
  • Educate patients on skin care and post procedure protocols.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA standards.
  • Perform procedures when necessary, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Participate in training and educational activities to keep credentials up to date.
  • Stay current with best practices in aesthetic medicine and contribute to the continuous improvement of care standards.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of aesthetic medicine principles and practices.
  • Experience administering injections effectively and safely, but willing to train the ideal candidate.
  • Familiarity with aesthetic protocols is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent triage skills to assess patient needs promptly.
  • Proficient in health coaching methodologies to support patient wellness goals.
  • Ability to perform botulinum toxin treatments and dermal filler injections with precision and care.
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
  • Competence in performing aesthetic procedures as part of routine care.
