Full Job Description
Cross Creek Medical Clinic is an established primary care office with high quality and a local reputation.
We are seeking a mid-level provider for a long-term, full-time position.
Our office is open Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm. No hospital duties.
Standard benefits and salary based on experience, with productivity incentives.
Supervising physician on-site with established patient base and EMR.
- A MINIMUM ONE YEAR OF EXPERIENCE as a PA in an outpatient primary care clinic setting is required.
- Supervising physician also does some Clinical trials and expeirence or willingness to learn clinical research is a Plus.
- Office has established patients over 30 years, no chronic pain management.
