Position Overview We are seeking a experienced, dedicated and motivated licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our family medicine team. The ideal candidate is committed to providing high-quality care, enjoys building long-term patient relationships, and thrives in a supportive, collaborative practice environment. This role includes managing your own patient panel and supporting urgent care and follow-up visits as needed. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical examinations and assessments obtaining medical history, developing and implementing treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Provide patient education on health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.

• Collaborate with medical supervisor, other APPs, clinical team members, and administrative staff to ensure continuity and quality of care

• Utilize EMR systems effectively.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted North Carolina licensure as a Physician Associate (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)

• National certification as a PA or NP

• Experience in family medicine, primary care, or urgent care preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-engagement skills

• Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach
