OverviewJoin a fast-growing specialty practice in Fayetteville. We are seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with experience in pain management to provide high-quality patient care, manage chronic conditions, and support specialty treatments.
Capital Spine and Pain is seeking a skilled NPs/PAs to join our interdisciplinary team. Candidates with experience in pain management are encouraged to apply. The APPs will play a key role in patient evaluations, medical management, and coordination of care, working closely with physicians and staff to deliver comprehensive treatment.
Duties
- Conduct evaluations for new and follow-up patients across pain conditions
- Perform focused histories, physical exams, and document findings in EMR
- Prescribe and manage medications within scope of practice
- Provide patient education on chronic condition management and recovery
- Coordinate care with physician, staff, and outside providers to optimize patient outcomes
- Support practice quality metrics and ensure high standards of patient care
- Participate in occasional cross-coverage between Spring Lake and Lumberton clinics
- Participate in clinical research initiatives as required.
Requirements
- Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in North Carolina (or ability to obtain)
- Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
- DEA license (or eligibility)
- Prior experience in orthopedics, pain management, or surgical subspecialties preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $100,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
