Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner | Primary Care

The Novant Health Lakeside Family Physicians – Mountain Island team is adding a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to their extraordinary primary care team. Our office is open Monday-Friday from 8:00-5:00 and most providers see approximately 17-22 patients per day. This individual will provide primary health care and perform selective medical services under the direction of practice physicians. Our office has been open for over 30 years and we’re excited to add this new member to our team to continue serving the northwest Charlotte, NC community.
